THE CRAFT
Honoring the Ritual of Indian Street Food
Pani puri is beloved across India under countless regional names—Golgappa in Delhi, Puchka in Kolkata, Gup Chup in Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand, Pani ke Bataashe / Patashe in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, Pakodi in parts of Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, Fulki in parts of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Nepal, Padaka in Aligarh (UP), and Tikki in Hoshangabad (MP). We created Panipuri Craft not to reinvent this cultural masterpiece, but to honor it with dedicated culinary rigor, small-batch preparation, and complete transparency in every ingredient we source.
- •Small-batch daily culinary preparations
- •Traditional recipes elevated with modern culinary techniques
- •Celebration of regional street heritage across India
